I will explain the procedure for full overhaul of the polishing machine.
１. Meeting with Customers about Overhaul Plans
We will listen to the requests of our customers and hold in-depth discussions on repair points, replacement parts, modifications, etc.
２. Test Run
After entering our machine center, we will perform a trial run and select repair points and replacement parts.
３. Disassembly
The details of the spindle, which can be said to be the heart of the grinding machine, are completely disassembled.
４. Cleaning of Parts and More
Clean grease, oil, abrasives, etc. of parts that are not replaced.
５. Painting
At our machine center, we will shorten the construction period and cost by spray painting in-house, and paint in the color desired by the customer.
６. Parts Replacement/Unit Assembly
After cleaning and painting, we will replace the bearings and various packings, and assemble each unit with high accuracy.
７. Full Assembly
Assemble the unit assembled in ６ into the main body case. The accuracy is confirmed when assembling the unit, but the final accuracy is confirmed again after assembling to the main body case.
８. Test Run/Inspection
After all the assembly is completed, we will perform a trial run and check if there are any problems with assembly abnormalities or parts installation according to internal standards.
９. Customer Confirmation
After all the work is completed, the final confirmation will be made in the presence of the customer.
１０. Installation/Set Up
After transportation and installation to the customer's designated location, our expert technical staff will start up and test run, and everything will be completed.
